It really
is incredible; positivity makes a difference in your life! Not just meditation and visualization, but,
actually living in a positive frame of mind, day in and day out! It does take a
bit of work on a daily basis, when something goes wrong and your first instinct
is less than a positive one you have to take that deep breath, smile and look
for the positive. Yes, smile. It’s amazing, but, when you smile, your whole
attitude takes a shift. I do tend to
smile a lot, now. But, the point is to
get up and get back on track, intentionally removing the negative aspects from
your life.
It’s long been known that
apprehension, anxiety, distress and a poor mental attitude affects your
health. So, let’s restate this – letting
go of those destructive emotions and living a positive life style will assist
you in living a healthier life.
Healthier, more energetic, more able to tune in to your purpose and of
course, positive! So, be child-like - enjoy your life and smile!
Working on maintaining
a positive frame of mind for me has had some incredible results.
First, I had a project that had been
on the ‘back-burner’ for quite some time.
It is now nearing completion and should be ready for my clients by March
at the latest. That is a major step
forward!
Second, it removes regret from your mind. Sometimes you say something or do something in
the heat of the moment or when your natural defences are down and immediately
regret it. Now, that is gone. I really like that!
Third, I’m looking for the positive in
others and encouraging that aspect of their personality. This has tremendous benefits, both for them
and you. If your circle of family,
friends and acquaintances know when they’re with you, you’re not looking for
the negative, they become more at ease and their outlook is brighter. That is a great benefit for you as you work
your way through your positivity year.
Since week 3 is going so well and I
can see so many changes already, I’m eagerly anticipating month 3! What will be happening then? Only good things!
Don’t forget to leave your
comments. How are you doing with your
commitment?
Cheers
Everyone!
